Abstract:
In this talk we discuss the notion of RNA interaction structure and have a closer look at its secondary structure analogue, the 0-structures. In difference to secondary structures 0-structures exhibit cross serial interactions that have been observed, for instance, in the ACA27 snoRNA. We present the language and folding of g-structures and relate the 0-structures to the structure concepts of Alkan and Pervouchine.
