NAME

addparen - indicate RNA structure in col file

 

SYNOPSIS

addparen

[file]

 

DESCRIPTION

addparen adds a parenthesis sequence after each RNA sequence in a col file. The new sequence contains the RNA structure in parenthesis notation. Up to two different types of parentheses are used for pseudoknots. Input is either from file or stdin. The output is sent to stdout.

 

OPTIONS

addparen has no options.

 

EXAMPLES

Add parenthesis sequences to foo.col:

addparen foo.col
