NAME

col2alis - convert col format to ali format files used by Rnaviz.  

SYNOPSIS

col2alis

[file]

 

DESCRIPTION

col2alis convert col format to ali format files used by Rnaviz. Input is either from file or stdin. The output is a ali file for each sequence with a helix numbering mask and a color coded mask.

 

OPTIONS

col2alis has no options.

 

EXAMPLES

Convert col file to ali files.

col2alis foo.col
