NAME

col2ct - convert col format to ct format used by MFOLD.  

SYNOPSIS

col2ct

[file]

 

DESCRIPTION

col2ct converts col format to ct format used by the MFOLD program by Zuker. Input is either from file or stdin. The output is sent to stdout.

 

OPTIONS

col2ct has no options.

 

EXAMPLES

Convert col file to ct file.

col2ct foo.col
