DESCRIPTIONshiftchk colors all base pairs, so that each base in a pair has the same color. The left base in a pair has a color decided by its position. This makes it possible to see whether all right pairs in a given column has pairs in the same position. Input is either from file or stdin. The output is sent to stdout.
OPTIONSshiftchk accepts the following options.
