CRISPRoff (v1.2beta): off-targeting assessment of Cas9 gRNAs
Downloads
For the stand-alone version of CRISPRspec and CRISPRoff computing pipeline, you
can download the python scripts that are used in the background of our
webserver in the following link. The pipeline is released under the the
GNU public license version 3 or later.
- To come: Version 1.2, which will include several improvements of CRISPRoff
- 2021-04-26: Version 1.1.2 crisproff-1.1.2.tar.gz
- Port to Python3
- 2018-09-06: Software version 1.1.1 CRISPRspec_CRISPRoff_pipeline.v1.1.1.tar.gz
- Please visit our github page for the predecessor versions of the pipeline.
- 2018-09-06: Data version 1.1.1 Data used for the publication of CRISPRspec_CRISPRoff v1.1.1 (Not needed to run the software)
Instructions for installing and running the software is included in the README file also available with the downloaded with the software.
Additionally, to perform off-target predictions in the organisms that are not included in this webserver, you will need to use the the RIsearch2(v2.1) RNA-RNA interaction prediction software, that can locate Cas9-off-targets. The tool is available here.
